Osteria Athena is an Italian Restaurant in downtown Athens at 323 East Broad Street.

We pride ourselves on offering our customers "Good, Simple, Italian Food."  A relaxed, fine dining restaurant, Osteria is located in a comfortable upstairs space overlooking Broad St. and the University of Georgia’s beautiful North Campus.

Owner & Operations Manager Drew Meyer has been a player in the restaurant business for many years, including his role as the bar manager at the famed Last Resort Grill. He can be seen weekly running the floor and mastering mixology behind the bar.  We have an exclusively Italian wine list as well as a full bar.  Osteria Athena is open six nights a week and once a month for Sunday Brunch. On Football Game Days and Graduations, open early for lunch. We are also available for private parties and catering. Make a reservation or walk-in to come taste our good, simple, Italian food.
